Receiving a Course in an E-mail or Other MessageThere are two ways that a course may be sent to you in an e-mail or other message. The course may have been sent to you as an attached file. In this case, most current e-mail applications will display an icon representing the attached file. To view the attached course, double-click on the icon in your e-mail application. The alternative is that the course was sent in the body of a message. This is the only possible way to send messages in many message boards, e-mail discussion groups, and the like. If the course was sent in the body of a message, you will see a text description of the course in the message, starting with "Begin Course Designer", and ending with "End Course Designer". Starting with Course Designer 3, most of the text description of the course will appear as unintelligible lines of letters and numbers, due to Course Designer 3's new compressed course description format.
