Printing CoursesFor the most part, printing in Course Designer 3 is very similar to printing in any other application, and requires little explanation. The information below only describes those printing features that are unique to Course Designer. You can print any number of courses on one page. The "Preview:" area of the "Print" dialog box shows all of the courses that have been selected for printing. When the "Print" dialog box is first opened, the only course initially selected for printing will be the course which was on top when the "File / Print..." menu item was used. There are two ways to select an additional course to be printed. The first method is to click on the name of the course in the "Courses:" area, and then click on the "Add->" button. The second method is simply to double-click on the name of the course in the "Courses:" area. When multiple courses are printed on a page, they are printed in left-to-right, top-to-bottom order, in the order in which they were selected for printing. If you use the "Clear" button, all courses will be removed from the "Preview:" area. |
