Setting Course and Border Sizes

Normally, one of the first things you will want to do after you initially create a course is to set the course's dimensions. This is done by using the "Edit / Course Size..." menu item. This will open the "Course Size" dialog box, with which you can set or change the course's dimensions.

A course's borders are areas outside of the actual course. Borders are commonly used as a place to display information about the course, such as who designed the course, or what agility class the course is to be used for. To change the size of the borders around the outside of the course, use the "Edit / Border Size..." menu item. This will open the "Border Size" dialog box, with which you can change the sizes of the borders.

You can also change a border size by fitting the border automatically to a Text shape. For more information, see Text.
